"Poor Service"
Have been a customer for a number of years. Unfortunately they recently cut my hair so that the hairline was well above my ears and looked terrible. I have never had a haircut this bad. When we raised this with the owner she refused to accept the critism or offer a refund. As a hairdresser they are fine until something goes wrong. If it does don't expect customer service of quality, just a refusal to accept any responsibility. I won't use them again.
