Sjo plastering constructed a single-story extension at the rear of my mothers 1930's terrace house in north London. The works also included a new roof on the property, kitchen fit-out, new downstairs bathroom, new boiler and landscaping of the rear garden. We met Steve of SJO as he was completing a similar project a few doors away and we were impressed with the quality of the workmanship. It was of great importance to my brother and I to employ a builder that we could easily communicate with and felt we could trust, as our mother lives alone and stayed in the house throughout the works. We had a number of site issues arise, associated with the foundations and difficulties with the neighbours party walls, which Steve dealt with immediately and without any fuss or significant delay. The completed extension is very high quality and exactly what my mother wanted. We would happily recommend Steve and SJO Plastering for any similar projects.
